We left Slidell this morning and are now at Milton, Florida, just east of Pensacola. The weatherman says it will rain all day tomorrow from here eastward. So we will sit here tomorrow. The campground we are in is rather small, but very nice, neat and well kept. We are in a pull in space, looking out over a bayou. You can see it on our travel map if you zoom in real close and go to the satellite view.
And now, for your viewing pleasure, here are some pictures from our swamp tour in Louisiana.

Nice! Looks like something we’d enjoy. I was telling Gary that you guys were in Milton, and said aloud, “Who do I know from Milton, FL?” and he reminded me, one of our favorite golfers, Boo Weekley is from Milton. He’s a character….one of the reasons we began following him on the PGA golf walks we occasionally go on. Stay warm and dry!
I’ve been thinking (maybe someone else has put this in the comments already?) – the story of how Bud came to live with you and his life with you in the rolly house would make a wonderful children’s story.
