We signed a purchase contract on a house. 
*fans shocked readers with duplicate paper work*
Ok. That went well. 
It is something we have discussed at length the past few months. We found a lovely 3 bedroom house in Wesley Chapel. It has all new kitchen appliances, including a terriffic gas range. There is a covered, screened lanai overlooking a “conservation area” which has woods and a pond complete with alligators. Of course, now we ‘ll have to get some furniture. 
We should close on it in early January.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It is wonderful. We are lucky the economy is so crappy … we bought waaaaay more house than we could have afforded a few years ago!

Super place for Bud to watch wildlife on the enclosed porch. A “Tim the Toolman” area for Richard in the garage. A very nice house I must say. Now I have to put on my worry hat cause y’all’s in the hurricane area.
