Rolling West

Today was nice and sunny all day.  There was frost on the vehicles this morning, but the sun melted it right away.  I-80 is pretty easy going.  The road is in basically good shape, not near as rough as I-35, thank goodness.  Richard’s hands were getting tired of the constant shaking of the steering wheel.

We are camped at Henderson, Nebraska tonight.  A nice little campground right next to the highway.  We stayed here once before a couple of years back.  Tomorrow we are going to stop in  North Platte.  According to the brochures we picked up at the Nebraska Visitor Center, they have  a vast rail yard with a visitor’s viewing tower;  Buffalo Bill’s Ranch; and some other interesting looking places.
